Can I sign in before finishing the form?
Use Resume application to finish a saved draft. Provider sign-in is for completed applications; job access requires approval.
Can my team use the workspace?
Yes. Choose team mode, invite people by email and select their role and allowed permissions. They use their own verified account.
Who gets the job?
Eligible providers in the category and city receive offers. The first valid acceptance locks the job. Nearby cities may be considered when local availability is limited or a request stays open.
How do reminders work?
Operational job-offer emails can repeat every 30 minutes until accepted, cancelled or expired. You can turn offer alerts off or go offline in Settings. Delivery requires the configured company email sender.
Are documents public?
New verification and job-evidence uploads use private storage. Authorized users receive short-lived links after an access check.
What if a customer refuses photos?
Respect their privacy and contact support for an exception. Do not fabricate evidence or photograph without permission.
