Requirements for providers working with Urbance in Metro Vancouver.
Identity & eligibility
Government photo ID and a declaration that you and assigned personnel are entitled to perform the work in Canada. Do not upload SINs or unrelated immigration records.
Insurance
Current liability coverage of at least CAD $2 million is an Urbance company requirement. The scope of your coverage must fit the work and team.
WorkSafeBC
Provide your registration and clearance letter where required. If you believe registration is not required, explain the circumstances for review.
Licences & qualifications
Maintain appropriate municipal/business licences and trade qualifications. Regulated electrical, gas or other restricted work requires proper authorization and permits.
Background & conduct
Provide background-check documentation. Maintain professional, accurate and safe conduct. Do not assign workers outside their qualifications.
